Weather in the Tri-Cites is fairly predictable, with an average of 300 days a year of sunshine. That being said we do see major temperature fluxuations, between 0-35 degrees (F) during the winters {with extremes as low as -20 degrees(F)} and 95-115 degrees for our summers.
